General Information

  • During the off-season, our guests may use the 50-meter swimming pool, the massage pool, and the sauna area.
  • Child: from 4 to 14 years of age; Student: full-time or part-time student up to 25 years of age.
  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent.
  • When purchasing child / student / group bath tickets, for every 15 tickets purchased, entry for 1 accompanying person is free of charge.
  • Discounted tickets and passes can only be purchased upon presentation of valid proof of eligibility. No additional discounts are available on discounted tickets or passes.
  • Accompanying tickets can only be purchased on weekdays during training sessions. One child admission allows the purchase of 1 accompanying ticket. The accompanying ticket does not entitle the holder to use the spa facilities.
  • The use of swim diapers is mandatory for children under 3 years of age.
  • The use of slippers is mandatory within the spa area.
  • The wearing of swimwear is mandatory in all pools.
  • The entrance wristwatch/wristband must be worn visibly at all times.
  • To ensure accurate tracking of time spent in the facility, it is mandatory to use the entry and exit turnstiles with the wristwatch/wristband.
  • The reproduction or resale of tickets and passes is strictly prohibited.
  • With a swimming ticket, guests may remain in the spa area until 10:00 a.m.
  • Passes may be used every day, but only once per day.
